I am Paige Robertson Leger, an educational leader, instructional designer, and Ed.D. candidate specializing in pedagogical innovation and digital learning strategies. As the Founder and Director of Academics for De Beau Microschool, I built my career on a core philosophy: instruction must be intentionally designed to accommodate the student's individualized learning pace, cognitive needs, and digital pathways. My work bridges traditional pedagogy with modern asynchronous learning environments to maximize student retention and engagement. Currently, I am advancing this mission as an Ed.D. Candidate in Leadership at Spalding University, focusing on advanced instructional methodologies and educational leadership. I also serve as a Middle School English Language Arts Instructor at Our Lady Immaculate Catholic School and contribute actively to regional curriculum development. This portfolio serves as a professional overview of my academic research, instructional design frameworks, and curriculum contributions. Outside of higher education and instruction, I enjoy spending time with my family traveling, attending collegiate and minor league sporting events, marching band festivals, and reading.
